In response to a question from a friend earlier about Freedom of Information Act law in Massachusetts, I remembered a link that I sent out. It is now located over on the right as Mass Foia. FOIA is a useful tool to use before heading to court. Try it. It certainly is fun making the government surrender certain documents to you.

Thanks alot. It was fun watching them give me the run around today knowing they did not want to give me any information. I was persistent which allowed me to know where to send the FOIA request.
